Keeping the seas clean

Norsk Oljevernforening For Operatørselskap (NOFO) is a membership organization for operating companies on the Norwegian continental shelf. Our main task is to fulfill our members’ needs for an efficient and robust oil spill response.

NOFO improves oil spill preparedness through the development and implementation of new technology. At the same time, we provide training, emergency preparedness and technology development on behalf of the operating companies.

The business started in 1978 with a few employees and the purchase of some equipment. The emergency response now consists of a large and competent organization with good access to oil spill response resources through its own equipment and a number of agreements with public and private actors. NOFO is always ready for action “For the sake of the sea”, and can immediately take action on behalf of its members by mobilizing equipment at sea and staffing its own emergency response centre.

Typography

Typography: Calibri

Calibri is used consistently in all materials and communication. In cases where Calibri is not available, the support font Arial should be used.

Tip: If you are using the Adobe Typekit package, you can find and activate Calibri by clicking the button below the preview.

For web, NOFO currently uses Elza Text.

The fonts can be downloaded from Adobe Fonts.
